I have absolutely no idea why this delectable treat is labeled as slutty but one thing is proven to be true about them, they are ......AMAZING. I am naturally a chocolate lover but even if you aren't you cannot deny how is amazing these slutty brownies.
The bottom layer is all chocolate chip cookie dough. Then there's a layer of Oreo cookies. Finally the top layer is all brownie batter.
When baked, you can only imagine how good it gets. I am such a big fan. I even went as far as to find the perfect way to make them so you too can enjoy of these slutty brownies.
Ingredients
Cookie Dough
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 stick unsalted butter (1/2 cup) at room temperature
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Brownie Batter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Whisk together dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt) in a bowl.
In a standalone mixer bowl fitted with paddle attachment, cream together butter and sugar on medium speed.
Add egg and vanilla and mix on low until blended.
Gradually add dry ingredient mixture to mixer and blend on low.
Spoon into an 8×8 glass dish or baking pan with a spatula and flatten. Place in refrigerator until brownie batter is made.
Top with Oreos in 4 rows (4 in each row).
Pour brownie batter on top.
Shake around to make sure batter is evenly distributed.
Bake in the oven for 45-55 minutes (check with a fork for doneness) depending on how “gooey” you want the center to be.
Let cool 15 minutes, then cut into squares and serve enjoy !!!!
I came across this and was shocked that you could really make a cake in a microwave. I had never seen this done so of course I wanted to test it out. I did and it was so cool to make my make just for me in minutes.
now its only right for me to share the recipe with you. Hope it comes out great.
Ingredients
4 tablespoons flour (cake flour)
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
any kind 1/8 teaspoon baking powder (a pinch!)
1/8 teaspoon salt (a pinch!!)
1 egg, beaten
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
2 -3 drops vanilla (optional)
Directions
In a small bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, tiny pinch baking powder and tiny pinch salt. (This can also be mixed directly into a large mug).
Add egg and mix into dry mixture.
Add oil and milk and mix well.
Grease a tall, large mug, and pour in this mixture, scraping out with a spatula.
Place in microwave on High for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes.
(Best slightly undercooked, so be careful).
